James E. Favero III
James E. Favero III, known to most as “Jimbo,” is a founder and the managing broker of FS Real Estate Services. He has lived in Central Florida for over 30 years and is proud to call it his home. Jimbo has practiced real estate for over 10 years, beginning his career as a sales associate for the largest home builder in the nation. He has a finance degree from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He also has a law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of both the Florida Association of Realtors and The Florida Bar. Jimbo lives in Maitland with his wife and daughter and enjoys fishing, playing basketball, and pretty much any other activity that can keep him active.
Larry Spencer
Larry grew up in the Tampa Bay area, attending Palm Harbor University High School. He is a graduate of the UCF Burnett Honor's College, where he served as both a resident assistant and conference assistant, while making time to play intramural sports. In 2009, Larry graduated from the Florida State University College of Law. After law school, he spent time providing legal aid for those who could not afford counsel.
For the past four years, Larry has worked for one of Central Florida's top law firms, where he has honed his legal skills. Upon recognizing the lack of truly qualified real estate services in his home state, Larry partnered with James Favero to address this need for his fellow Florida residents.
In his spare time, Larry is constantly active. He enjoys playing city league sports, exercising and exploring the outdoors. He is driven by a constant desire to better himself and assist those around him.
